What You'll Do

• Lead and manage a team of front-end engineers, fostering growth.
• Build, optimize, and maintain responsive, accessible front-end applications.
• Define and implement design systems and component libraries.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering leadership on roadmap.
• Partner with designers to turn prototypes into seamless user experiences.
• Champion quality through testing, performance optimization, and security practices.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional front-end engineering experience.
• 2+ years in a technical leadership role with people management.
• Expertise with React, Next.js, TypeScript, and modern front-end tooling.
• Deep understanding of state management and performance optimization.
• Experience leading technical discussions and setting architecture direction.
• Startup-friendly mindset: comfortable with ambiguity and rapid iteration.
• Experience with data visualization frameworks (e.g., AG Grid, D3) is a plus.
